Annual Lyme Regis Christmas Tree Festival set to sparkle
The festival will open on Friday 16 December in the Baptist Church.
The spectacular display of decorated trees represents the work of 27 organisations in Lyme who have each decorated a tree.
Alan Vian, Regatta and Carnival secretary, said: “The festival is a collaboration between the Regatta and Carnival Committee and the Baptist Church and has moved to the weekend so that residents and visitors alike can enjoy the spectacle.
"The trees will look magnificent and will bring Christmas a step nearer. I am looking forward to seeing the trees decorated to reflect each organisation.
Admission to the tree festival, which will be in the Baptist Church hall, is free and will open between 11am and 6pm on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday it will be open from 12pm until 8pm.
