Quality Ratings

Properties showing a star rating have been inspected and all conform to AA or Visit England standards. There are many four and five star-rated destinations in Lyme Regis and the wider area, and an extensive list of them - which includes contact details and prices - can be found on this website.
Properties showing Dorset Approved Visitor Accommodation meet the standards set by that scheme. This scheme ensures the property has met all legal requirements regarding health and safety and that good customer practices are being implemented. This scheme is accredited by VisitEngland using criteria implemented nationally.
Prices and Booking
The prices and descriptions shown are based on information supplied by the individual accommodation provider. The pricing basis (for example per person per night, per room per night including breakfast, per unit, per week) is indicated for each establishment. It is advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Accommodation providers can be contacted directly using the details on the listings, or contact Lyme Regis Tourist Information Centre on 01297 442138.
If you choose to book Lyme Regis accommodation at the last minute, the tourist information centre can offer a free booking service for personal callers on arrival.
Given the popularity of the town with tourists all-year-round, you may be surprised to learn how little staying here can cost. With easy access to the sea, a charming town centre and tranquil rolling countryside nearby, you could be forgiven for thinking that bedroom tariffs would typically be high. This is not the case, however, with prices kept low at even the most attractive and sought-after locations.
