Park and Ride
Lyme Regis has a park and ride service that operates throughout the main school summer holiday period. It operates from two sites on the A3052 just out of town: one is on the Charmouth Road (nearest post code DT7 3UE), to the east of Lyme Regis, and the other is on the Sidmouth Road (nearest post code DT7 3EU), to the west of Lyme Regis.
We strongly recommend visitors who are driving to Lyme Regis during busy periods to use the park and ride whenever possible.
2011 Operating Times
Charmouth Road
Services will operate during the following periods:
Sunday 24th July 2011 - Tuesday 30th August 2011
Hours of operation are: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sidmouth Road
Services will operate during the following periods:
Sunday 10th April 2011 - Monday 25th April 2011
Friday 29th April 2011 - Monday 2nd May 2011
Sunday 29th May 2011 - Sunday 5th June 2011
Saturday 23rd July 2011 - Sunday 4th September 2011
Hours of operation are: 10.30am - 6.30pm
2011 Charges
£4.00 per car or £6.00 for larger vehicles.
After 3:00pm, £2.00 per car or £3.00 for larger vehicles
Note: anything bigger than a people carrier will be classed as a 'large vehicle'.
