Exciting Development for Small Businesses
An exciting new development is taking place in Lyme Regis that will support the demand for small business office space.
In recent years Lyme Regis has become a very popular place for people to visit and live.There is now increasing demand for offices for small businesses. Martin Diplock a local residential and commercial estate agent commented 'The commercial letting market in Lyme Regis has remained surprisingly buoyant throughout the recent difficult times and premises rarely remain vacant for long.'
To help meet this demand Lyme Regis Development Trust is building three new office units at its St. Michael's Business Centre in Church Street. Work on the units started at the beginning of march 2012 and they will be completed by the end of August.
It is expected that there will be interest in the units, which range from 166 square feet to 422 square feet, from start up businesses, people currently working from home and others looking to relocate to the area. They will be particulalrly attractive for potential tenants wanting to be part of an established and innovative business community.
