The launch of a commemorative booklet with DVD was a highlight of the evening, with clips from the recording by LymeRegisTV being shown for the first time. Sally said:

'The Jubilee Lyme booket and DVD are a wonderful reminder of the fantastic 5 days of celebrations that the whole town came together to organise and enjoy. Many of us will treasure those memories and they will be passed on to friends, families and children. There are so many individuals featured in the parade, Honoured Citizens awards, Torchlight Procession and the Big Sunday Lunch that I am sure everyone will want to have a copy of their own. All proceeds will go towards the Jubilee celebrations fund which pays for our expenses for the band etc. There are stirring moments, amusing moments, reminders of how Lyme worked together to present the best 5 days anywhere in honour of our Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

'Very special thanks to Philip Evans, Alan Vian and Nomad and Mary for all their talented efforts on our behalf. I would also like to thank the Woodmead Halls for hosting this evening. It was a moving and entertaining evening and Jane and I enjoyed it very much. I am so proud of Lyme Regis and the people who contributed to our community Jubilee. Jubilee Lyme is a very good tribute, I shall be sending copies to friends and family, as I am sure tothers will be too.'

A presentation scroll of the Loyal Address, a copy of that sent to Buckingham Palace, was made by Philip Evans to the Mayor. This will be displayed, together with a letter from the Queen, in the Guildhall.
