Lyme Regis features on Jedward’s Big Adventure
Former X Factor stars Jedward have made a BBC show featuring the Jurassic Coast, including the town of Lyme Regis.
‘Jedward’s Big Adventure’, which also had scenes featuring Portland and Dorchester, was filmed last October and originally broadcast on the CBBC channel in February. The production was so well received, however, that it is now to be given a second airing on BBC One.

Set to go out on March 28th at 3:05pm, the programme – which also features contributions from girl band Parade and former Crimewatch presenter Rav Wilding – follows the Irish twins as they spend 24 hours discovering the world-famous Jurassic Coast. The episode was part of a five-part series which saw Jedward explore five different World Heritage Sites across Britain.
The pair stated how much they had enjoyed making the programmes and joked that they could now at least become tour guides if their music careers failed to flourish!
