The Ground Floor is open plan with french windows leading out onto the courtyard.The kitchen area is comprehensively equipped complete with stainless steel electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer & microwave and plenty of work surfaces and cupboards.

The dining area has a large table and seating for 8. The lounge area has seating for 8 (2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a futon), flame effect wood burner, spiral staircase, TV, DVD, CD, desk Wifi and phone.

There is a downstairs bathroom with electric shower, toilet and hand basin. Also There is also a washing machine, dryer and hanging facilities.

The first floor has 4 fully equipped bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed.
Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds, balcony.
Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds, balcony.
Bathroom with wash basin, toilet and bath with shower attachment.

Outside there is parking for 1 car and a sunny courtyard with picnic bench. There is also a balcony with access from the courtyard and from 2 of the upstairs bedrooms.

The house has full gas fired central heating with radiators in all rooms.
Heating, Gas, Electricity, WiFi and Linen are included in the rent (towels available by arrangement).

By Road:
From A35
Exit at the Charmouth roundabout following signs for Lyme Regis. As you enter the town, Charmouth Road becomes Church Street. Number 19 can be found on the right , on the corner of Church Street and Pooles Court. Enter through the back gates.

By Public Transport:
Train to Axminster then No 31 Bus to Lyme Regis. Or Train to Dorchester then No 31 Bus to Lyme Regis or X53 bus which runs between Exeter and Bournemouth stopping at Lyme Regis.
